The
"What's Left" Project

Back in the day, circa 2004ish I was at a party in the
park and noticed a cool pattern on the plate that I had just finished eating off
of. I rearranged some of the things on the plate and took a picture. I didn't
think about it for a while but I was having breakfast with my mom and noticed
after I was finished that there were some "interesting shaped bits" left over.
So I rearranged them, took a picture, and voila the everything else project was
started. I only take pictures after a meal and never ADD anything to make the
picture look better,...it's just well..what's left.
Pics are linked from the photo album as well.
The "Maquarium" Project

For a while I had a mac, but that didn't
really take. (video games y'see). I did manage to keep it's little mac
corpse around though. I would come home and taunt it and kick it and yell at it.....(it always made me
feel better at the end of the day to dish some punishment it's way.) Then I saw somewhere
on the interthingy that someone made an aquarium out of an old 21" monitor,
so I thought I'd do the same thing with my mac. I gutted and rewired the mac,
setup the motherboard to turn
on/off the air compressor and the lighting system,
it was looking pretty sweet. Then, unfortunately the plexan that I used to build the internal "aquarium portion" of the
aquarium was too thin and bowed under the water weight. Much leaking did
ensue, and I'm now in the process of
getting real glass for the interior.
The "Falcon PC" Project

an avid model builder I had to try this. I picked up a bad case of the
"I can do that SOOO much better!" after seeing some of the falcon PC's
that are online and on e-bay. Plus this asshat firewall company sent me
two free firewall boxes that were basically nanopc's in a box. After I
got them (for free in the mail without having filled anything out OR
asked for them. The company told me I had to sign up for their $3K/yr
firewall service or I had to return the firewalls. Yeah,..like that's
going to happen,..anyway I have 2 sween nano PC's now and I thought this
would make a good project for one of them. The other one might become an
AT-AT pc...not sure.
